Mission Statement
eliminating excuses to a better you– one day at a time.
But what does that really mean? It means that I am dedicated to helping you become the healthier person you’ve always wanted to be. I get that you’re busy. You don’t have time to get to the gym. You have an irregular schedule. You don’t know where to start for a little exercise. You don’t want to spend money on a trainer. Going to a gym and not being experienced is intimidating. What I want to do is make it a little easier for you to get in shape. Every week I will post a new exercise or provide exercise/nutrition tips. Most of the exercises were developed so that you could do them in the comfort of your home or office.
Whether you’re looking to take a break from your stressful day or looking to get back in shape a little at a time, I hope to have something for everyone. If you just drop by every day, you can follow along with that day’s exercise or checkout the post I wrote.
This blog is an outgrowth of my personal passion for self-improvement and my dedication and passion for personal fitness and health. I am always looking for ways to improve and would love to hear your suggestions, complaints, or accolades!
