Mission Statement

 

eliminating excuses to a better you– one day at a time.

But what does that really mean? It means that I am dedicated to helping you become the healthier person you’ve always wanted to be. I get that you’re busy. You don’t have time to get to the gym. You have an irregular schedule. You don’t know where to start for a little exercise. You don’t want to spend money on a trainer. Going to a gym and not being experienced is intimidating. What I want to do is make it a little easier for you to get in shape. Every weekday I will post a new exercise or provide exercise/nutrition tips. Most of the exercises were developed so that you could do them in the comfort of your home or office.

Whether you’re looking to take a break from your stressful day or looking to get back in shape a little at a time, I hope to have something for everyone. If you just drop by every day, you can follow along with that day’s exercise.

This is an outgrowth of my personal passion for self-improvement, and my incredible dedication and passion for personal fitness and health. I am always looking for ways to improve and would love to hear your suggestions, complaints, or accolades!
