thought i’d pass this along to you for anybody you know who may have/had problems getting back into the groove of working out (like i in the past)
a good point to make too is that people should start slow (not too slow). light weights and an adequate amount of reps. working out with a buddy helps, but over exceeding your body’s potential can leave you to be soar and out of commission, resulting in you once again breaking, what could be, a good routine.
hope this helps
ps. you have my email, send me a quick one so i can update you directly with anything i find in the future

failure means… when your face hits the ground before your hands do? MAN this is hard work.
Good to see you’re back doing video’s Martin, thanks!

Hello Zaid,
thanks for the info. I agree with you. Even though I make recommendations on nutrition, exercises and workout routines, each person has to decide what is best for her/him.
At the bottom of every page of the blog, you’ll see the following statement: Please be responsible as you train towards your fitness goals and make sure that you have consulted your physician prior to exercising. You are in charge of your health and you choose to exercise willingly. By following any exercises for this site, you accept responsibility for taking precautions and your health.” This statement accurately reflects this point of view.
Thanks.

Hello Wannes,
yes, there could be a high price for literal failure, as in failing to get your hands on the ground before your face reaches ground, with this exercise. With your level fitness and skill, you won’t have that issue. Enjoy!
Thanks for the comment.
